In response to the recent attacks on women in our community, a newly formed non profit organization (Tang Soo Do 4 Life Foundation) will be conducting a free Women's Self Defense Seminar at the First Church of the Nazarene (3475 Pine Forest Rd) on Saturday, November 10th (2-4pm). Open to women and female teens, ages 14 and up. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. The purpose of this seminar is to empower women of our area with practical skills to prevent and potentially handle themselves in a hostile situation.
