In response to the recent attacks on women in our community, a newly formed non profit organization (Tang Soo Do 4 Life Foundation) will be conducting a free Women's Self Defense Seminar at the First Church of the Nazarene (3475 Pine Forest Rd) on Saturday, November 10th (2-4pm). Open to women and female teens, ages 14 and up. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. The purpose of this seminar is to empower women of our area with practical skills to prevent and potentially handle themselves in a hostile situation. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing at this informative seminar. No experience necessary. For further information, please call the Pensacola Tang Soo Do Academy at 478-0680.

Parents have a night out on the town and let us take care of the kids on Friday, November 30th (6:30-9:30pm)!

This month, we will have an exciting Transformer Party. Children are welcome to dress up as their favorite transformer.

We will have fun games, competitions and a Pizza Party. All particpants will enjoy watching the action packed Transformer Movie together!

The reservation list will fill up quickly. To assist us in ordering the correct amount of pizza, we request that members and non-members RSVP as soon as possible.

Cost is $15 per person. $10 per person if you bring a friend! We hope to see your kids at this fun event!
